Protecting your privacy

What personal information do we collect?

To use the service we need a name and email address, along with the question you want to ask. You submit this in the form provided. If you don’t want to state your real name that’s fine; you may prefer to just give a first name or nickname instead. However, in order for a member of staff to answer your query and contact you with a record of your discussion you must provide a correct email address.

How do we use your personal information?

  • The personal information you provide will only be used to respond to your enquiry.
  • A record of your session will be sent to you by email. We will also keep a copy of this for 90 days in case you wish to follow up the enquiry, but after 90 days your identity and personal information will be removed from our records.
  • A follow-up email may be sent to you within 30 days to find out what you thought of the service.
  • The record of the session, without personal identification information, helps us understand how the service is being used and to improve the quality of the service.
  • We do not sell or pass on any personal information to third parties.
